Allergic reactions

Allergic reactions are immunological responses of the body to normally harmless substances called allergens. These reactions occur when the immune system mistakenly perceives certain allergens, such as pollen, foods, animal dander, insect bites, or medications, as threatening and triggers a defensive response. Reactions can vary from mild to life-threatening symptoms. In the event of an allergic reaction, it is important to act quickly and appropriately, especially in the case of severe reactions such as anaphylaxis. Important tips and instructions for this can be found in appropriate allergy portals.
